White Shells is different to other apartment buildings you have seen. This is a prestigious address that you will be proud to call home.

Many apartments have living spaces that are over 10 metres long. 24 of the 48 apartments have balconies at both ends of the living spaces to provide for that much needed for but rarely available cross flow ventilation and natural air and light. Most detached houses don't have this.
At White Shells, we have taken the most important characteristics of a luxury suburban home and put them into an apartment. Unique for a beachside property – you are not sacrificing space for location.

Each apartment has extremely large living areas and a large furnishable balcony (some apartments have two). Private rooftop terraces are available with heated spas and all ground floor apartments have their own heated pools. All apartments have two secure car spaces and lockable storage.

Apartments have been designed with privacy in mind – you can sit back on your balcony, in your bedroom or on the roof terrace and enjoy unspoilt views of dunes or sea. Irrespective of future developments at the tranquil Town of Seaside, White Shells is as close to the dunes and beach as you can get.

A place to work, rest & play

For those of you that want, or have to, work from home you’ll be glad to know that you don’t have to forgo a bedroom to make way for your desk and computer. The majority of our apartments include a specific study area which means friends and family can stay over whenever you want, not around your workload!

All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobe spaces with double hanging. Main bedrooms are ensuited and all benefit from the natural light, spilling in from the balcony doors. Second and third bedrooms are generous in size with some also enjoying private access to balconies.
