The developer

The developer is Twaddell Developments Pty Ltd in which the two directors of Which Property? (Mark Borrill and Terry Taylor) have a beneficial interest.

After years of experience in the real estate industry, Mark Borrill and Terry Taylor have decided, on some limited occasions, to inject their own funds into some developments with builders and developers where they can have some control over the location, design and the quality of the development.

Given Which Property?’s specific requirements for quality properties which must meet the requirements of long-term residents, they viewed their involvement as being of benefit to their purchasing clients.
