Appliances, Fixtures and Fittings 

Appliances, fixtures and finishes nominated can be changed by the Seller should the product range quoted be unavailable in sufficient quantities at the time of delivery or for any other reason.

The Seller may substitute such other materials, colours or brands of materials as the Seller in its discretion deems necessary provided the substitutes will not be substantially inferior to that referred to in these specifications.

The services, systems and appliances listed in this brochure have not been tested and no guarantee as to their operating ability or their efficiency can be given. 

Floor Plans

The floor plans depicted in this brochure are indicative only.

They are not drawn to scale and any measurements of doors, windows and rooms are approximate only. 

The Seller discloses and the Buyer acknowledges that due to design development, the practicalities of construction, budget constraints or for any other reason the floor plans of the unit when constructed may be different. 

The floor plans should not be relied upon by the Buyer and the Seller is not liable to the Buyer as a result of any changes in the floor plans, errors or omissions.
